Individual Therapy
The individual therapy that I do is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which is designed to assist individuals impact change in certain areas of their lives by altering the way they think, process and analyze things.
Individual therapy can assist people that struggle with self-esteem issues, anger issues, anxiety, sadness and depression,
as well as mental and emotional coaching for specific situations.

What is the Cost?
Assessments are $160 (one time only). All additional sessions start at $110 per hour and are done weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
